Refund and returns policy

We want you to be completely happy with your items from Belloulee. If for any reason you are not, we have a 14 day refund/return policy.

Please inspect your item on delivery so you don't go over the 14 days 

We strictly accept no returns unless its a fault our side ie. spelt wrong, wrong colour etc. Or if the item is faulty. Then we will only accept in the condition it was sent, brand new, unwashed and unworn etc.

Please email us at shopbelloulee@gmail.com to discuss your return or refund and for our returns address.

Please ensure that you make a note of the tracking number when returning your parcel, as we will not be responsible for lost parcels returned to us without tracking Information.

All delivery charges are non refundable unless its a mistake our side.

All personalised items are excluded from our returns policy. If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replacement will be our priority. Also please double check your personalisation spelling on ordering as again, we won't refund for mistakes not made on our side.
